Created in New York by Julie, Brooklyn Barre® is an invigorating class which combines the benefits of ballet, Pilates, and cardio. This conditioning class is fun, ultra-dynamic, and set to upbeat music, allowing you to find that rythym and connect to your inner-dancer. Join Julie every Thursday for her signature workout class which is sure to have you sweating and smiling!.

Think Barre, but with more! This class is going to get you using your muscles in a fun and invigorating way. Moving with the beat of the music and focusing more on toning the abs and glutes.
